The Old Bakery, the county’s only not-for-profit restaurant can often be seen as ‘Lincolnshire’s restaurant’ as we place huge importance on food provenance and using local ingredients.
Just a stone’s throw from the iconic Lincoln Castle, we work with regional producers to create a menu that is both captivating and truly local.
A finishing school for Lincoln College, our team offers placements to students both on catering and food service courses as well as opportunities for those that want to work front of house.

Excellent meal at the Old Bakery last night. First time I have been since it was taken over by the college and I think they are doing a great job. Wonderful food, good wine list and friendly service. Will be back again.
